Your Door Is Permanent

Your door number belongs to you. It will never be reassigned, recycled, or removed without your consent. Whether you post every day or disappear for a year, your door stays yours.

Your Content Is Yours

Everything you create on hubze — posts, art, words, ideas — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us permission to display it on the platform, nothing more.

You Own Your Room

Your room is your space. You control what goes in it, who can see it, and how it looks. hubze will not alter your room settings, pin content on your behalf, or modify your space without your knowledge.

You Have the Right to Know

If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you will be told why. There are no silent strikes and no mystery bans. You will receive a clear explanation and be given the opportunity to respond.

You Have the Right to Appeal

Every moderation decision is made by a human. If you believe a decision was wrong, you can appeal it. Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision.

You Have the Right to Privacy

We do not sell your data. We do not serve behavioral advertising. Your personal information exists to make hubze work for you — not to fill a data broker's spreadsheet or fund an ad network.

You Have the Right to Leave

If you choose to close your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You can export your content before you go. We will never hold your history hostage or make leaving harder than it needs to be.

You Have the Right to a Level Playing Field

hubze will not artificially boost or suppress your content based on whether you pay us, what you believe, or who you are. Every member gets the same reach, the same tools, and the same fair shot.

No Harassment

Do not target, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other members. Disagreement and debate are welcome — personal attacks, hate campaigns, and coordinated pile-ons are not.

No Hate Speech

Content that dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is prohibited and will be removed immediately.

No Explicit or Adult Content

hubze is not an adult platform. Explicit sexual content, graphic violence, and disturbing imagery are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate content removal and may result in permanent account suspension.

No Spam

Do not flood rooms, comment sections, or the hallway feed with repetitive, low-effort, or purely promotional content. Self-promotion is welcome when genuine. Spam is not welcome, ever.

No Impersonation

Do not pretend to be someone you are not. Creating accounts that impersonate real people, public figures, or other hubze members is grounds for immediate suspension. Parody accounts must clearly identify themselves as parody.

No Illegal Content

Do not share content that violates copyright, facilitates illegal activity, exposes personal information about others without consent (doxxing), or exploits minors in any form.

Respect Members' Spaces

Content shared behind membership tiers or in private areas is not yours to distribute. Sharing another creator's protected content outside their room without explicit permission is a violation of their trust and our rules.

Be a Real Person

hubze is built on authentic human connection. Bots, fake accounts, purchased followers, and coordinated inauthentic behavior are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any account we cannot verify as belonging to a real person acting in good faith.

We will never run ads.

hubze is funded by its members. We will not monetize your attention or sell your eyeballs to advertisers. If this ever changes, we will tell you before it happens — not after.

We will never sell your data.

Your information is yours. It exists to make hubze work. We will never sell it, license it, or trade it to third parties who have no business having it.

We will treat every member fairly.

There is no shadow algorithm here. We will not suppress your content because you did not pay, or boost someone else's because they did. The playing field is level.

We will be transparent.

When we make significant changes to how hubze works, we will tell you in advance. Our policies will be written in plain English, published publicly, and updated with changelog notes.

We will be accountable.

When we get something wrong — and we will get things wrong — we will own it. We will not hide behind legal disclaimers or issue non-apologies. We will fix the problem and explain what happened.

We will give you permanence.

Your door number, your posts, your community — we are building infrastructure meant to last decades. We are not building for a flip, an acquisition, or a pivot. We are in this for the long run.

We will always give you an exit.

You can export your data. You can close your account. You can take your content and leave. We will never trap you here, and we will never make leaving harder than it needs to be.
